My name is Shen,

I'm a housewife and mother of 4 adorable kids (19,13,4 and 1 year old). 10 years ago I was a troubled mom looking for a way to relieve my daughter's struggle with her asthma. Luckily, my godmother/aunt introduced me to doTERRA Essential Oils. She recommended that I try to use breathe, and that's the start of my doTERRA journey. At present, I just don't use it for myself but for our whole family. I am proud to say that we are now practicing healthy living using all-natural doTERRA oils and products.
